About Me:

After being exposed to natural health at an early age, I became interested in massage therapy. I finished my certification in 2001 and have enjoyed being an active part of the healing process ever since.

My clients love my relaxing and calming presence and say it aids in their own stress reduction.

I live in the country with my husband and our three sons where you can often find me out in our gardens.

Salon Tip:

Massage therapy may help the body in many ways. Massage can relax muscle tissue, which may lead to decreased nerve compression, increased joint space, and range of motion. Massage therapy may also improve circulation, which enhances the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscle cells and helps remove waste products.
